Situated down a very quiet street in Okiato - New Zealand's first captial, Veronica View enjoys a spectacular view across the bay to Waitangi and Paihia. The 3 bedrooms feature queen-size beds - perfect for couples or small families... There is a generous bathroom with shower over bath, vanity and a separate toilet room. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, full stove, microwave and a full compliment of pots, cutlery etc, there is a very large dining room which leads of the kitchen.

The lounge area features a wood burner comfortable seating and a small TV and DVD, it opens out onto a large deck area with tables and chairs for all to enjoy the water views.

There is a BBQ for guest use and the lawn area at the rear of the house has it's own private calling to sit and relax in.

Please note that pillows, duvets and blankets are supplied however linen is not supplied, bring your own (BYO) linen or hire linen is available on request at a cost of NZD$25.00 per person per week or part there of.
