This new 3 bedroom designer home features a large master bedroom with a queen bed and has a spectacular en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower vanities and toilet, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has 2 singles, there is a separate shower room, and a separate toilet, the large open plan lounge and dining area features a central fire place, overlooks Roberton Island and The Nine Pin.

Wonderful designer galley kitchen, dishwasher, gas/electric 6 burner oven, fridge freezer, pantry has all the extras that one would expect of an upmarket holiday home. The house has a ramp for ease for older & disabled persons.
