This is a 1960's house, with 2000's renovations! The colour scheme, modern furniture and renovations make it feel like a trendy city pad. All modern appliances and a new kitchen and bathroom. Ne modern furnishings make the house luxurious, yet comfortable. Sky TV channels include the basic package plus Sky Sports & Sky Movies. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and it's a cook's dream. The house is very sunny and enjoys all day sun. The gas fire keeps the house really warm and cosy. There is a good indoor-outdoor flow with a deck and patio area, and a picnic table. It's a nice 5 minute walk to the shops, cafes and pools. The second bedroom, with two singles, can easily be made into a king by zipping the two beds together, bedding for the king bed is supplied in the wardrobe. The third bedroom, with two single beds, whilst attached to the house, is a sleepout with access through the carport.
