Good quality three level home on side of Conical Hill allowing good views across the basin. A fully fenced grass section allows the toddlers to play outside safely. On one level are all living areas and three bedrooms with queen beds whilst downstairs there is a large bedroom with a set of bunks, two king single beds and two pull out beds as well. The King Single beds can be pushed together to enable the home to accommodate 4 adult couples. There are plans to add a further toilet and shower off this downstairs room in the near future. The lounge/dining/kitchen area is all open plan allowing for plenty of space and comfort. There is also a single garage and limited off street parking.
