There are two options available to you when renting this home. Either rent the house alone which sleeps 8 (or 10 if the roll out trundler beds are used) for $230 per night or utilise the self contained studio unit (sleeps 2) as well for an extra $30 per night. The studio is directly attached to the home with an internal access door. This home really is "top of the line". Located on the side of Conical Hill it affords you extensive views over the rest of the township and the surrounding mountains from any one of the four decks outside. In the home all the living spaces are on the entry level. A well equipped, modern kitchen includes all the mod cons including a gas hob and a coffee perculator. In the lounge area is a large flat screen TV with DVD and a top of the line Pioneer Surround Sound Home Theatre System, including Wharfedale speakers. Sky TV is available for you to enjoy. Another TV and DVD is also located in the kitchen/dining area too. On the lower level is located the three bedrooms, bathrooms and studio unit. Every bathroom and ensuite has underfloor heating, heated towel rails and Gas Water Heating. The main bathroom also boasts a large spa bath. The home is heated by a log fire as well as three Heat Pumps/Air conditioning units located throughout the house and studio. Electric blankets are provided on the two King size beds in the house and studio. The studio also has it's own kitchenette with microwave, fridge/freezer and ensuite with toilet and shower. The TV in the studio is controlled by the Sky TV selection made upstairs. There is a large double garage for the house and a separate parking area for the studio. There are not many homes that offer you the chance to sleep up to 12 people, have all the mod cons, great views, 3 bathrooms and four toilets! This place is ideal for two families or small groups.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bedmaking and diswashing). The cost of this cleaning service would be $75.00
